Humphrey looks preggers, but I'm not a squirrel expert so I'm not sure if that's just winter fluff. I love hearing her talk to you. Man I'm stoked you're on twitch. Looking forward to the notification. Woohoo!!! One thing I would love to know is how I can identify the different species. Yes I know there is enough to fill a The Encyclopedia Britannica. Is there a reference by state? I have wasps that are in our woodpile. We didn't know they were there until we brought wood in and we had 6 in the house. I think one was the queen because it was large. Hubby didn't tell me about the others because he knows I'd freak out and make him brush off all the wood. We have two or three others plus yellow jackets. I'd also like to know how I can trap them. I have W.H.Y. traps and nothing goes to the trap. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Perhaps the bait I have doesn't attract the species we have here? How about, how I prevent wasps when I have aluminum siding, old home, without plugging up each and every hole. That's all I have for now. Now time for the vacuum. Hugs, YAY TWITCH! ♥♥♥

Thank you for making these videos. I find them very fascinating and they have really helped me get over my fear of wasps. So I thank you for that. Just being able to learn more about them and understand them more significantly decreases my fear of them. Also I just find it fascinating how the nests are made.

You are very welcome! Im glad the videos could help you get over that fear! Thank so much for the support!

Whoa, I got a shout out!!! Not gonna lie, kinda the coolest thing that happened to me today That's hilarious that wasps will just keep building even when they don't need to. I have the opposite problem - I don't do productive work even when I REALLY need to get it done LOL. Also, feedback for this season of videos - more vacuuming? LOL, I don't know why but watching wasps get vacuumed up is just oddly satisfying in a very weird way.
@HornetKingOfficial3 жыл бұрын
You the man, Derek! Always here, and I really appreciate it, brother! Yes, I think I have that problem too....I might be an excellent procrastinator! LOL You. Want vacuuming??? I would have never guessed!! LOL Thanks for being here man, I really appreciate it!

I'm an electrician and Ive been out in the freezing cold in Ga. fixing parking lot lights. Every one i opened had wasp nests. It has been cold as hell here, too, but there were actually wasps still alive inside the light fixtures. I open one fixture and it has a flat glass bottom that swings down so you can change ballasts and lamps. Right in the corner of this door was a ball of red wasps, all alive but completely motionless. You would see them move when you hit the door. It was really weird they were all piled on top of each other in the dead of winter. 27f

I saw your girls down there, wondering why Humphrey was getting to come all up inside the house. lol Thanks for sharing such an awesome find with us. I've really enjoyed watching your channel grow for so long. Remembering back to jumping Chicken's eating pizza. :)
