I was taking an outpost yesterday and a fierce lightning storm rolled in. As I was parrying an attack from an enemy he was struck by lightning in front of me and was completely vaporized. Probly the coolest thing I've ever seen in a video game.

@@KZbinCT_Playz u just get into shelter so anything protecting you from thunderstorms then the storm goes away quicker

You don't need to get the crates during a storm, you can just get to a camp, which ends the storm, and the mega crates will still be there on the map (there are only 3 crates per storm).

I'm totally getting my ass kicked in the game... I wasn't aware that there was so much Batman type combat - and I sucked at those games... I'm just looking for anything to make stuff easier. That's a hot tip - but do they disappear over time or something?

@@FanFanBessie2 Yes, if a storm starts and you are close to a friendly camp or stronghold, wait for the storm to hit for a few seconds, then enter the camp and the storm will pass, and then when you exit, you will see the "muthaloot" crates (marked by orange circles) on the map.

@@FanFanBessie2 you can use Chumbucket to take out most enemies at loot locations with the harpoon, except for the underground ones. Same with the camps. if you can use the sniper rifle to take out the war crier (a few camps have him clear in the open), that makes the fights easier. You can also take down the gate to a camp and then have Chumbucket take out as many enemies as you can with the harpoon - they mostly just stand there and let it happen, because they don't usually exit the camps.

Thnx. Bought the game yesterday , there's nothing new that interrests me, and never played it before. So far its a great game. I understood it came out the same day as metal gear solid 5 , and thats why it was pushed in the background or something.

Awesome video Massive! I have Mad Max on Xbox One and it is amazing! I actually got blasted with my first sandstorm yesterday, while being chased by some war patrols, and ultimately the storm killed me. Dude, well done. Impressive. Voice over work should be your job. Yeah i got caught in a storm near the oil fields a few hours ago and got hit by the camps defenses and the storm. died in like 2 mins flat. Amazing game on ps4.
