The trooper was giving him an out and he missed it. “Did you drink in the casino”. He could’ve said yes, I had five beers. Why would the trooper give him that opportunity? I hope this trooper gives every person he arrest this level of coddling

He was placed on 2 year probation. Assuming he doesn't get into trouble again his record will be wiped clean. His DL was suspended for 45 days. He was suspended from his own dept. for 3 days.

Why did he go into his pockets? If he was not placed under arrest, he would simply be entertained, which is just a Terry frisk situation. I understand the punk sheriff drunk, but the punk state trooper really needs to go by what this punk sheriffs amendment rights are so I just saw a fourth amendment violation by the punk state cop they’re all punks.
