Can you please talk about mast stabilizer? I’m on Cromolyn and not sure if it’s safe to use it long term

Very interesting!! I have always felt the mast cells must be protecting me from stuff even though they are reacting to perfume + foods + air freshner etc.. And I certainly cannot take antihistamines as I only get those oppasite reactions. Besides I have to avoid all corn derivitives and they all contain corn so.... I am going to the allergist tomorrow... Oh and I never had that C19 either...
