Play tearlaments perlegia, the field spell. Very underated. It can send extra fusion material or send the water barrier statue to the gy, you can use cross sheep to summon it back. And with rulkalos on the field it cannot be destroyed by battle. Opponents mostly scoop if you managed to get both of them to the field

Field spell also triggers when rulkallos is sent to the gy by its own eff so you can fuse on the opponents turn
