Good deck and well explained video, especially for rookies like me. I'd like to ask you an advice about how to climb since I've noticed the game is made to let you win or lose when the alghorythm decide so: should I climb by many duels in a row? Or should I just play 2/3 times a day and slowly climb? What should I do? How can I do that?

@lazy8639 Thanks! There isn't an algorithm rigging you games 😂 even though it feels like it sometimes. But if you are losing multiple games in a row then it is best to take a break instead of getting tilted and losing more games.

@@OvercastYGO how did you climb with that deck than? Because sometimes what happens to me is having a very unlucky hand, like 3 ash and 2 kashtira trap. How do you do in general? Do you just keep playing lots of games daily till you climb?

@@lazy8639 Bricks happen sometimes. Have to maximise your win rate by making sure you don't misplay when you open a strong hand

You should run the link1 digger card (I dont remember the name). It protects Ariseheart form destruction after its attached

I don't like Desires because my luck is always shit haha. I never tried 2 Small World but I did try 3 briefly and I would always brick on a full hand of spell cards so I cut that completely. I have found a good consistency boost is Tomahawk+Saryuja. If you don't have Unicorn but you do have any way to make 2 level 7s (like Ogre and Riseheart) you go into Tomahawk, make Link Spider, make Security Dragon, make Saryuja and draw 4 and hopefully you've drawn a Unicorn you can then SS and go full combo. Just have to be careful to not lock yourself into XYZs first.

Yeah sometimes you're unlucky and hit the Fenrir but I needed more ways to draw cards in the event I don't get engine in hand.

@OvercastYGO in the XYZ event I was stuck at 19 with Kash until I ran the Diabellstar package because it allows you to play through so many more interruptions. But I don't think it's worth giving up Shifter and Fissure for in ranked idk

Shifter is so dead if you have anything in the gy, huge brick if you don't open it.

This is true but most games are over before Turn 4 or 5, so the odds of top decking it are much lower than seeing it in our opening hand. It's also one of our Outs for when we lose the coin flip and have to go second.
