Thank you ❤ If I could offer some advice with getting started, start buying a few items you love and then it will naturally come together. It can feel overwhelming if you had to pick a style. I don't even know what my style is. I'm just buying items that I have to have. Although, home is where the heart is...decor isn't necessary. Congrats on your new home! Hi Nonna, those vases are beautiful! I know you'll find a way to use them. Could you raise the height of the lamps with a stack of vintage books or is that too busy?It's funny that your video today was organizing your clothes because I spent my day putting away summer clothes and organizing for winter. You're always so motivational. I can't wait to see how your room changes. The living room looks so cozy.

Great idea! And I love the hunt of old books. There's a local antique store that has tons of books. I'll try that! Living in LA, I don't put away summer clothes. I only put away the winter gear. But in Atlanta, I will need to do what you did today. I decided to spend the first few months of the New Year in Atlanta. Mainly to monitor the pipes. We had a pipe freeze on a rental about 10 years ago so we're paranoid. I'm sure we will get the hang of it as years pass....more of a "what to expect" lesson. I know some people "drip" their pipes during a freeze. The problem is with the small window of a freeze and if we're in LA, we'd have to prepare and I don't want my son driving there if it's icy.
