Tristan Lefort also, there was this bit on some show about fake spoilers. The director (I think) and two other people had to yell out fake spoilers in the show. The director said that Glenn would be Negan's first victim (and get his head bashed by Lucille). So, it wasn't glenn. I thought it was Aaron, too.

question guys?? on the reverse curl, if I don't have a bar, can I use dumb bells, or what other exercise can I use in its place...keep it rockin💪
@suj19458 жыл бұрын
+Thomas Stewart You can use dumbbells yes. But you'll have to focus more on keeping your hands pronated and stop them slipping into a neutral position - where you'd instead be doing hammer curls.
@Schultz_Simon8 жыл бұрын
+Thomas Stewart I don't know the name, but i like the following exercise. Alternating DB Curls... normal on the way up and then rotate 180 degrees and slowly on the way down. It is an awesome burn and a good starter or finisher. Hf

@ivoPelayo8 жыл бұрын
I get your point, but you don´t really need to do that to extend the lats, jut keeping the posture, core thight, shoulders down, al let the weight pull your arms foward

hey buff dudes! i want to ask, what is your opinion on replacing bench press with weighted push up? thanks a lot
@Leo.witchere8 жыл бұрын
+Gaby Meléndez if it's weighted than it's not calisthenic :l what do you mean "on a vest" ? This is not exactly the way you weight on exercice like that ! I suggest you to watch other buff dudes' vids so you can see what it's like to do weighted stuff.
@Leo.witchere8 жыл бұрын
+Booby Boomer During arm day I don't think it's such a good idea
@Leo.witchere8 жыл бұрын
Calisthenics are by defition body-weight training. If you add weight then it's not longer calisthenics, it's bodybuilding. If there's a limited amount of weight you can put on a vest then use a different way to add weight.
@Leo.witchere8 жыл бұрын
Gaby Meléndez Ok so when you do a curl you're doin' it with the weight of your arms + the bar ;) don't you find it a bit stupid man ? Ok :) now the chains are a real cool way to add weight, the belt is good also, yes ! But for the push-ups (the original question, remember?) just add plates on your back, it's the more effective I think.
@Leo.witchere8 жыл бұрын
Gaby Meléndez Whatevs, if adding plate is unnecessary what are you doin' here ? It's the same thing than doin' dips with plate on the legs etc. You may be in the wrong place for you I guess.

Hey B Dudes! I have a problem and i need your help. I am lacking on mind and muscle connection on my left bicep, and this makes my left bicep grow slower than my right 1.I am trying some things to fix it like unilateral isolation excersises or alternative dumbell curles (or hammer curls),i always start the workout with my weak side(left), i finish with 1-2 reps on the weak side and i am trying to do everyday things with my weak side again. Still the problem doesnt seem to be solved and my mind and muscle connection increases really slowly. Any ideas? Thanks alot
