I loved Samik's thought process and the way he articulated his point of view. One of the best discussion in your channel. I liked the one you had with Jay in past and this one is right next to that level. Thanks Sunand for sharing and keep up the good work 👍

It was simply out of the box thing not like a normal interview type answers which we give though we normally don't live with it. It was grounded to reality. Nicely articulated every scenarios.. Lot of learning from 1 video .. Waiting for the 2 part.

lovely interview session..while i prepare for interviews, this channel has become a real morale booster. Samik made sure to eradicate the unwanted and forceful tasks that are been asked since ages in interview where you are asked to act as scrum master but then Indian MNC's and small startups expect to become all rounder in multiple domains where the purpose and role of scrum master is lost. Ironically it becomes a sandwich situation where PO and SM are the same person..so agile mindset never arrived for these organisations

As per the knowledge he drove this well. However, if we got to answer this during any interview they might take it against their question as they expect a direct answer. we are not sure we can use his answers as they are no direct answers, the answer may be true but the interviewer will not get it straight. I wish he could have answed it straight up by the book or experience. To get a job however we honestly feel about certain things we need to answer in a way that it falls under their interest levels. I say it's a bit diplomatic but with my multiple years of exp that is what I have seen. Only 1% of the interviewers will be impressed with our strong and cross questioning attitude however it may not be wrong but there comes our human behaviour to be in a powerful state. Great initiative guys!

You know I had experience where organization generating revenue and still doing high amount layoffs as telling cost cutting and other department is hiring ongoing, so that type situation very hard to keep ourself or entire team to do their best work nothing will happen to you. It is really hard time for everyone.

It's really good one ... Thanks Sunand Bhai for ur effort ... keep going .... see in interviews i've seen , when you give same answer for same question to different persons then some get convinced and some are not .... for cracking interview, concept should be clear and definitely little bit luck needs to favour ... some videos like this are more beneficial for conceptual and situational ...

Recently I attended an interview where in opportunity they mentioned as Scrum master but in second round they mentioned that the client tried and failed in Agile and now it's again waterfall and they need Project manager with Agile knowledge .. so for name sake they were having Scrum rest all is waterfall ..Task assignment and micromanaging is expected .. mostly people are expecting such things In real world in Most companies.

Very nice session but honestly if anyone gives such blunt answers to the managers then he will go ahead and make it look like that will not be be very good in discussing. It shouldn't be in a way like this, unfortunately it is the way it is sadly.
