Panga is the man!!! What makes so many of his more instructional natured videos great is how nothing is in an isolated context. He never just shows how to play a “lick”. Rather, he demonstrates how it fits with a tumbao or ride pattern and how to place and expand on the idea while gradually making it more complex. Thank you Panga for sharing your wealth of knowledge and thank you to all the people who post his videos. Much respect!!!

He is a formidable percussionist but also a great person, if you meet him live you will realize his simplicity and humility, he is really worth it as a pedagogue and as a human being.
