Would it be possible to get Fillout to automatically select a City if there is only 1 option? So let's say France only has Paris, but Germany and Italy still have 3 cities each. I would like Paris to automatically be selected if France is selected; is this possible? And I love your videos btw and have found them immensely helpful! Thank you!! Fillout is great but it's too bad there aren't any community forums for questions like this. So I hope you don't mind that I'm asking you!

If you have 2 forms (say 1 for organization creation) and (one for office creation) that are across 2 tables in your Airtable Base... and you want your customer to 1st be able to create their organization (and submit part 1 of the form) so that Organization record is created in your airtable... then get redirected to the 2nd form (to add the offices under that new organization)... is there a way you can pass in the new organization record ID from airtable so the offices that are added in the 2nd form are automatically "Linked" to the organization that was just created in part 1 of the form?

Not really, the best option is to use a third party tool like Fillout to build a better form with data for multiple tables. Airtable's forms are limited in this regard

Hi, I would like to use filllout to fill my notion table but the table is about business and its linked with the client himself. So I need to populate the client table in the same time of the business table. Is there a way to do this? Linked 2 different form? Not sure if its possible but I take a chance! :) Thanks!

Hi! Yes it's possible, but it's best done with an automation built in Zapier or Make.com - you can trigger the automation upon form submission, then create/link records in two tables. 👌

Hi, thanks for reply! I just realized that we can make sub form fields so user can click and get to the client form before to automatically return to the first one! I have not test for now but looks great! Thanks!
