Manga-Roo and his “crass menagerie” are my new favorite thing you’ve ever done. ⭐️ Good tips and instruction too! Great video.

This is really revealing Nolan. As always, thank you for this awareness. I think one key thing with this editor is it's making the process more and more like flying a plane rather than launching rockets from the ground every time -- better lateral movement/style without reset. EDIT: For text, sometimes it's best to make the TT (title treatment) its own comp, then import. Same can be said with 3D, something to remember once that's possible. :) That's why I'm big on org in MJ, exploring refining, then titling...that's a lot of tapestries after a while.

Nolan I have been following your channel and watching your videos for quite some time. When I found out that you could now use the new editor I said to myself "This is my moment." Unfortunately, I only use the 10 dollar tier and I only have 8600 images created. Things in my country (Argentina) do not allow me to renew the subscription at the moment and reach those 10,000 (or pay an annual subscription). While I wait for the editor to expand to a range that allows me to use it, your videos will give me the knowledge to make the most of it when I have to use it. (Sorry if my English is bad, i use a translator) Keep up the good work, your videos are the best. Peace

I’m a wee bit afraid of taking your course last I never come up for air… Too much fun, my friend. 😅. I have to admit that I still use discord most of the time so I’m learning this new UI but your prompts and ideas are excellent. Thank you so much.

That was fun to watch. I don't use MidJourney like that myself, but it was still entertaining.

For once I got a tip for you: Upload a page with a (thick, maybe black) font, like A to Z laid out across the canvas. Maybe try to use only the outline of the font. Then re-texture it with prompts. You can create all kinds of crazy font styles. Instead of A - Z you can also use words, or like a calendar from January to December etc.
@chrisb5823Күн бұрын
i had no idea what retexture was until you said this -- and wow. This is amazing and so helpful for me right now.

I watch for your well-informed suggestions and the wild results you so often create, but never knew what a clever copywriter you are, Nolan! Love your funny punny character names! Thanks as always for the ideas and the art, and for the brilliant wordplay! (And yes, you had help from A.I., but isn’t the trick here which idea to say “yes” to?) Top marks!

I recommend you to use these pics in the future to make short films make your own universe. So you already create characters in everyone's eyes. What do say? I think they have the potential to be a phenomenon.

I tried dragging in an image into the new editor but it removes the prompt, very annoying. I might try that ctrl copy paste 👍. Also having 2 tabs open is a MUST. U can be in another checking out gallery/organise and dragging in images. 👌
@FutureTechPilotКүн бұрын
Yah 2 tabs is such a game changer lol

@FutureTechPilot also , what do u think of the new editor with creating items that dont exist? Example: original picture a guy running, you edit a guy running and place a sword in his hand. I still think this is way behind freepik, which can crudely create items out of the blue.

Love your content! Is all this possible without having a yearly sub, or have made 10k images with MJ? I might have missed you said that in this specific tutorial.
@FutureTechPilotКүн бұрын
Sorry! I should have brought that up again. Right now it's still restricted to the Yearly Sub or 10k images but we'll find out more about their plans tomorrow! Hopefully the restrictions don't last much longer
@tnw4Күн бұрын
It also said it was open to people who've been subscribers for the last 12 months. Sorry if that doesn't help you, but they tend to open things up fairly quickly.

i wish you can take the retextured images and run variations out of edit but I guess it doesn't work for retextured images at the moment (maybe an update will fix this)??
@FutureTechPilotКүн бұрын
Yah that would be cool! And yeah hopefully we get a feature like that in the future

Is it possible to change a character's emotions, pose, and expressions while keeping the exact same character and background in full editor mode?
@StarBurst62Күн бұрын
Amazing 👀
@jbavar32Күн бұрын
I thought that the editor could use the image like a character reference without erasing anything in the image if I simply wanted to give it a prompt to refine a sketch but I get an error message saying “nothing edited” So I guess its the retexture that will refine an image based on a prompt. So I guess the edit mode is like Photoshops generative fill😊
