I'm hard pressed to pick the most useful tip, they're all great. I've been watching a lot of gimbal videos and none of them seemed to focus on the camera settings. I think the depth and composition tips will give me the most immediate help. Thanks for the video, I'll be rewatching often.

I am a mature woman trying to master technology lol. I can't even explain how many videos I have watched to learn to record and all of that stuff. You are a really good teacher and explain things so simply. These people keep making videos to teach but yet they sound like they're teaching a person that already knows the technology and the lingo and what to do. It makes no sense! Thank you for your video and I will subscribe and hopefully keep learning lol. Keep up the good work!

So much good information and simple to understand. Thank you for inspiring me on my new journey! So glad that I came across and subscribed to your channel a few months back. You have the ability to covey information in a straight forward manner that's easy to comprehend. Based on this video I'm taking a leap of faith and purchased your 14 day film making course, I've spent too much time going down the KZbin rabbit hole buying equipment that sits on the shelf and never gets used in hopes of becoming a content creator. I need to learn to use what I have first and the process and get the feeling this will be the first purchase that will get me going down the path of where I want to be. You project a sense or honesty and while the nature of why some people create is to earn a living I don't get the feeling I'm being hustled when I watch any of you videos, you content sells itself. Thank you to you and your group for creating such great content.

I stumbled upon your page 6 months ago when i wasn't really sure about how to kickstart my videography and video editing journey. After watching the video on mastering smartphone filmmaking for 20 minutes, i had hopes and insight on where to begin. I have ever since taken steps in creating, co-creating contents and edit videos on my own. My name is Hameed, from Nigeria. While i am unable to purchase the 14 days masterclass atm, i have learnt a lot about smartphone filmmaking from the first video and it felt good to see yet another improved video. I`ve always made use of my iPhone 13 camera but i learnt in this video the use of the Blackmagic camera and i cant wait to utilize it. Thank you.

Wow! I just stumbled on this presentation. I was searching for someone speaking about settings for iPhone external lenses. I watched two that were of little help. Then just thought to scroll down the page in search of something relevant. Again, wow! I spent most of my viewing time stopping the video and manipulating the settings on the Blackmagic app that I downloaded. I certainly garnered knowledge about video recording, and photography that I didn’t know. I see you offer a 14-day course. I am certainly jumping on that. You were the first I have found to provide such in depth information in such a short amount of time. I am looking forward to continued learning. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and a Fuji X-30. I need to master the use of both. 👏

AWESOME video!! I have played around with video settings for years amateurishly, this video was concise, easy to follow and had a lot of excellent info!! The number one thing I learned from this video was the shutter speed, I've always filmed in 4k 60 assuming the higher rate assured me a better quality video, I had no idea it was more about using slow-mo!!

I watched the original video you guys did on this subject 2 years ago and this one was so much more comprehensive and helpful. I think the 2 variables that helped me the most were how to determine the best frame rate and then doubling that to get the optimal shutter speed, as well as the different file settings to save your videos as. Thank you very much for the video, this was really helpful since my S23 Ultra is the camera for my channel.

The number one thing I learned from this video is how to and what setting to change in my iPhone!! I have been using the auto settings and getting bad results. I can’t wait to go video today trying these settings. I hope these tips will help my videos in the shop look better!

I’ve been living in a limited bubble. All seem overwhelming. Watching your video has turned on all sort of lightbulbs. The manner in which you explain each detail gives me the sense of, “I can do this”. Thank you for speaking in a language that we all can understand.

I really enjoyed watching this video. I am very interested in film and video making and the most important thing I learned from this video is how powerful my iPhone can actually be while filming. The camera settings really improved my videos, so that's what I find really interesting. I love your content!!!! 🙌

The number one thing I learned from this video is category 4: lighting. The lighting makes a difference in the camera shot compared to all the camera settings. Thanks Anthony for your content. Very valuable for a beginner filmmaker.
