Props to you man! You really broke down the fundamentals in this video about lighting and many of the things that are associated with it. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

Im sold, gonna buy the course now . Btw I learned that investing in gears is good especially if you're looking to film just with your phone to avoid compromising for the quality of the video.

I probably should use the short lighting technique for podcasts, which I have the easy ability to do. Yet, I'd personally want to minimize the contrast in a video, which is not focusing on fighting games or anything moody in live production. I'll still say the lighting technique you're using in your podcasts look professional!

GREAT video. there is only one thing I dont get. How could lens flare be good? Lenses leaving flares always was the bad guy. People return them to seller or buy another one if it has flares (I had that problem with protective lenses for S24 Ultra and with ND lenses for my drone) so if somebody can explain I would be gratefull. Thanks.

Extremely well done video (subscribed). Any 3rd party apps, such as a horizon lock feature for smart phones. Also when panning right to left the film bumps. I am assuming it's because I have this on stabilization. Is there a better 3rd party app for better stabilization without using a cumbersome gimbal? Again fantastic video especially the graphics explaining what the camera is doing. Thanks again.

I just subscribed to your channel. How do you record yourself and your system screen at the same time? What tool do you use? Is there any free tool available? I noticed your moving circle effect across the screen corners-how did you achieve that? How do you combine your video with the screen recording? I’d appreciate it if you could clarify.

The Black Magic App, I downloaded and followed along with your settings. I also didn't know about the 1x sensor being the largest. I took photography in college and the teachers couldn't explain ISO and shutter as good as you laid it out. Amazing video!!!

I was wondering if you can tell me if my computer is any good for video editing? Here is the model and specs: Gigabyte AORUS 16X 9SG-43USC64SH w/ GeForce RTX 4070, Core™ i7-13650HX, 32GB, 1TB SSD, 16in WQXGA, Wi-Fi 7, Win 11 Home. I also have a blue yeti x mic for voiceovers and a 2tb ssd 500mg/s. I will mostly do video editing in 1080p-4k without a lot of heavy effects but I may use text and some basic effects here and there. Is this combo strong enough or should I upgrade?
