thanks for the great vid! But one question at 2:15 how if the opponent post with his top arm ? I dont see anything preventing him from doing that and taking the north south... Maybe I am missing something but I was thinking a solution about this problem : using the left arm attached to his belt against his post and the other arm attached to his arm isnt necessary at this point because his arm is already trapped so I would put this one on will to the belt anyway . Please correct me if I am wrong still thanks you for such a great coach and great technique

He lives in Savannah presently and makes some guest appearances at my friend's James' gym Gracie Jiu Jitsu Savannah.

@@higherjiujitsu Awesome. I wish he would do seminars in or around Utah area where he started. I now train under one of his black belts in Idaho.

anytime I see grabbing the belt in a move, i just skip it.

It was initially shown with a lat grab which is effective as well. Master Sauer teaches in concepts instead of rigid 1 way methods. In order for your training to be effective,I believe approaching with concepts keeps your mind sharp and open. Teaches you to see opportunities that you may not necessarily see from a rigid stand point.

Agreed.. take things for what they are and the context they're used in. 80% of time for me is to work onthings that are applicable everywhere.
