Ive been on this earth for 68 yrs.ive done a lot ,seen a lot worn maney hats .but ive never seen a man as good as Shi Heng Yi. At 40yrs old ,he has the wisdom of someone twice his age ,and you all would be wise to learn something from it . And do the practice till it hurts then go more ,thats when you will grow as a human and get the self respect you never knew was possable .good luck.🙏

I appreciate the fact that Master Shi Heng Yi states that this path is not a direct line. That there will be highs and lows, successes and failures. And even if you don’t reach the goal you thought you would master, you can still master a goal or life purpose you weren’t even aware of. Hope that makes sense. ✌️

Practicing these teachings and others from materials like the Vedas and Bhagavad Gita, it has many benefits. One was creating a space between my mind, body and me. A space that can be used in so many ways especially when dealing with tense or emotional situations/decision making. Also I was a severe asthmatic and had severe allergies to most everyday things like grass, dust and most animals but through the process of practicing these teachings, it did something to my body and I no longer have allergies and I am rid of asthma (I had these for 23 years since birth). I can’t explain the impact it had on my perspective. I can breathe now, just like everybody else. I don’t have to deal with allergic reactions even down to the small stuff like itchy eyes and stuffy nose. It changed my life and I will forever be grateful and a student to these teachings. ❤ Thank you and all those who do what you do sir.

It must have been so difficult for his family back then. People still were very intolerant and I know from my parents generation, how they spoke of Asians. When I was little, I wasn't allowed to play with kids from other countries. And a child doesn't even notice any differences between people, until grown ups tell them.... Edit: In school year 3, I had that horrible teacher Frau Wendorff, who was a still beating us. We had a girl in class, Khadischa, she was the only black girl in our school and Miss Wendorff was beating her every day. One day, she beat me, and Khadischa lost it, attacked her, protected me. We met again, when I was about 12 and Khadischa told me, Miss Wendorff is in a mental hospital now. 😂 And btw, that night Khadischa protected me AGAIN, of a creepy bodybuilder. She was special and strong, always protected the weaker ones, no matter how rough things were for her herself. Very few kids even spoke to her, when she was in my class and Miss Wendorff always made her sit alone. Those really were horrible times and I always felt so sorry for her....

It would be amazing to watch Master Shi Heng Yi interview Dr. Jordan Peterson with a focus regarding the Alliance of Responsible Citizenry. It would be an interesting dynamic of East meets West with Master Shi holding the reigns. As an individual Dr. Peterson has changed from 2016 until now which demonstrates Master Shi's notion of how the individual changes but for us to focus on the message they are sending. Does the message still have resonance with who we are as individuals.

What you say about pain being just part of life is true, more and more as time goes on with doing as much as i can and pushing just a little more each time i observe an exercise getting a littl easier helps me control and slowly advance what i can do over time, takes patience and dedication and concentration or focus if you want to put it that way ,but all worth it ,il'll never stop now .some moves are pretty much imposable because of my leg but so be it ,i adapt and push on with things seperately and gradually blend what ever i can .So the benafits to me are fantastic .its never too late to make improvement in anything we do.the challenges of the exercises and the wisdome learned are a blessing to take part in ,maney thanks to the masters way of teaching .🙏🙏🙏🫸🫳🫴🫷✊️🙏

Hello! With all due respect I just wanna share on the part where Master Shi talked about the concept of reincarnation, hell and heaven in which I find interesting that he thought about it that way and I believe that both is be true. Before I continue, I'd like to note that I was born into a family of Buddhist that worshipped different deities but I now converted/reverted into Islam. In Islam, it is encouraged for us to learn and gain knowledge even from those outside of the fold of Islam to understand other belief's perspective while also gain knowledge and wisdom especially that which is beneficial and brings us closer to God. Also, the holy scriptures sent down to Jews, Christians and Muslims are all from the same God, just one. So in terms of Master Shi's perspective of reincarnation, heaven and hell, Muslims believe in the afterlife, which is also known as paradise/heaven, and our life here on earth is like an examination to qualify for paradise, and that our real and true life, starts after death. So technically, we will be 'reincarnated' in the afterlife, in which our good deeds here on earth will be an investment into the hereafter. However, our deeds will never be enough to deserve the eternal beauty of heaven therefore it can only come from the mercy of God as He is the Most Merciful. Therefore, be kind to one another, always do good and have the best intentions and leave the rest up to God, we do our best as human beings to sincerely benefit one another whether in this life or the next. Thank you for reading and peace be upon you all!

See everyone struggles... But what annoys me more than anything... Is failing to respect the boundary of a learning mind... There is a sovereignty to a learning mind.... My mind won't ever hurt you... But proving it after hostility to you mind is not easy... I have to ensure learning outcomes over and over again... I won't ever insult your mind... I create a knowable language and my mind goes beyond... See your just making sounds... But what has been presented to your mind.... See when it's over done.. I see that as an emotional cruelty that is never morally justified... I know someone forced their mind on to you... So I know how to remove that hostility... Balance a stick on a string... The mind surpassing itself will be forced to accept futility... Because my mind has scientific precedent.... I have a temper life must learn and learn for itself... When you leave it alone... Life is easy...
