Here are the parameter p1055 and p1056 for jogging. There are two possibilities how to realize to jump between the two operating modes. First you can use p1501 to switch between a torque and a speed setpoint. In this case p1300 is “speed control” and you just take the torque setpoint of p1503 if p1501=1. If p1501=0 the drive runs with the speed setpoint i.e. the jog setpoint. The second way would be to use two different drive datasets, one with torque control and the second one with speed control. You can change between the two datasets with help of a digital input. In these cases you have a real torque control, so if you have a sudden load drop your motor can accelerate up to maximum speed if the torque setpoint remains the same. A possibility to prevent this is using an overdriven speed controller. Here you are limiting the torque limitations of your drive according to your speed setpoint and you just send a speed setpoint which is a little bit higher than your real operating point. A flashing BF LED (rapid rate) indicates loss of communication with the IO controller (your PLC, in this situation). Understand this: when a diagnostic LED is active on a PN IO device, the only way to clear it is to resolve the fault that it is identifying. You cannot simpply bypass it. If there is a flashing LED on your CU, there myst be a similar BF LED active on the CPU. Please look at the CPU's diagnostic buffer, where all fault and error messages are logged. You should be able to locate messages that display information on the CU 250S-2PN fault (look for "Required OB 86" in the messages), they should help you understand the cause of the fault Thank you for watching and joining my ruchi electrical

F07220 (N, A) Drive: Master control by PLC missing Reaction: OFF1 (NONE, OFF2, OFF3, STOP2) Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY Cause: The "master control by PLC" signal was missing in operation. - interconnection of the binector input for "master control by PLC" is incorrect (p0854). - the higher-level control has withdrawn the "master control by PLC" signal. - data transfer via the fieldbus (master/drive) was interrupted. Remedy: - check the interconnection of the binector input for "master control by PLC" (p0854). - check the "master control by PLC" signal and, if required, switch in. - check the data transfer via the fieldbus (master/drive). This fault cannot be disabled. When the PLC control bits goes low, all other bits in the telegram as set low too. If you change from 110 telegram to Free BICO, you may be able to set that bit to 1 in the drive, but you will still have the communication problem. Something is interrupting communication between the PLC and the drive: check the cable, connectors, terminators, grounding. Are there other devices on the network. Ok please check and reply me

Dear Sir G120 Drive Current is Fluctuations. So we Checked Motor Found Okay and Motor Replacement also done but same Fluctuations. So we replaced Drive and Checked Found Same Fluctuations. And drive Input and output chokes Replaced same Fluctuations. After this all replacement only one common Issue Current Fluctuations. Motor Rating 75 KW Full Load Current 131 Amps. So kindly request you please suggest me as soon as possible. In drive what I need to be Checked?

Hi This is using qty 4 digital inputs, from P15, Macro 3 is selected to give 4 fixed speeds for conveyor. Quick commissioning needs to be done and during this select Macr03, then make the changes below. The Macro selections attempt to make a configuration quick to achieve, see the manual for the options. You want to do this with 3 digital inputs, but I can do this quick; qty 3 inputs might need some thought. P1020 = r722.0, (r parameters are read only, in this case these are looking at the digital inputs).
