A wonderful little interview with this immortal imp. I say this out of love for this man, now among the celestials after more than a century among us. I decided to study his form, his method, in order to learn how to protect myself from myself, and I think it has worked well, so far. I saw this man launch a larger and younger man (my own teacher) across his basement studio, into a wall of mattresses with no apparent effort. There is no magic, but there are capabilities which we westerners are not well connected with. While I remember little of the form, due to my own failure to practice regularly, I did retire in a healthy condition from an employment which disabled most of my co-workers. At 69 years, my health is robust, with no disabilities. I do my best to adhere to the physical principles I began learning nearly 30 years ago. While I envy S.A.O.'s association with T.T.Liang, I do not envy the considerable effort he had to invest in this relationship.

Master Liang was great. Only know him through his books Overshadowed by Chen Man Chin in the U.S., but I think his longevity, amazingly strong voice in this video speak highly to the merits and healthful benefits of his lifestyle and Taiji
