add -nopause in launch command via right clicking the game or pressing the cog wheel > properties then launch options this will stop the game from freezing when Alt Tab

4:22 CONSOLE PLAYERS: To bring up that menu, hold down Square/X (Ps/xbox) and then use the right trigger to select the transport request and then the deployable radio. When it shows the circle icon, just go to the general area of where you spawned in and hit X/A.

@@cencalsupras I'd like to elaborate. There are Modded servers I play on and in those I know and that you can spawn on a squad if they are "carrying" the radio. In Vanilla servers I am only aware of being able to "deploy" the radio on the ground and use this feature. All of the footage from this video was captured on a vanilla us server. hope that helps :)
