Anything I didn't cover that you'd like me to?? What camera settings confuse you the most?

Thank you for this video! I have watched so many intro videos, but I think this is my favourite. The analogies helped my brain to understand how things work, and the visual examples are sooooo crucial to understanding how things work! Also, your photos are amazing! I hope to be able to take photos like that some day :) For now, it's just my cats as models!

Great video on settings, really covered everything important in a very straight forward way. One thing I would be interested in seeing is when you shoot hand held vs tripod vs monopod, and how you carry your camera gear (not just bag but for example your hiking for wild life you have one body with a long lese on capture clip or strap and another with a wide lens in the bag or whatever your system is for different scenarios).

One other thing I’d love to see in a different video: a beginners guide to going from a raw shot to an edited, finished shot ready for the world in Lightroom or whatever software you use for editing. I’d love to see the process you go through to end up with a shot like the one penguin shot you showed in this video, from your big Antarctic expedition. The end result is amazing and seeing the raw version was such a trip. I want to see how you get to the end result for a shot like that in the editing process. Maybe a 15 min overview beginner guide that leads to a more in depth paid course on this. Just a thought. 🤷♂️ Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us!👊

I've got a couple editing videos up already! I just did one for astrophotography a couple weeks ago, but my wildlife one is a few years old so I'm due for a refresh for sure. Great idea!

@@Nateinthewild Oh cool! Will go have a sift through your YT library. Went out shooting above treeline last night. Spend a good 45 min with a young moose and some waterfalls. Used my new knowledge of how to change the shutter speed on the fly that I learned from your video here. Sounds so simple and basic, but it was so cool!! Learn and do (right away.) Thanks again!
