Hi, I hold a BS and MS in education and education admin respectively. I am trying to break into the HR field. In my previous roles as a general manager in the health and wellness arena, I served as the company HR representative and handled grievances, recruited, onboarded, trained, and terminated employees on a very basic level. Would you suggest I take the exam to for my aPHR first or go directly for the SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Thank you, Paula
