Thank you so much for reminding me why I train so hard every day. I’m 65 and a grandma who’s been into endurance sports for 45 years. Recently I was injured and am now healed and ready to start back to my fitness levels that I love so much❤️

I love these videos. I used to have a regular work routine and I would walk every morning for 1-2 hrs, everyday. And it prepped me for the day and I felt like I could handle life. Now I work rotating shifts and I am gone 14 hrs a day when I work. I try to wake up early enough when I’m on night shift to at the very least stretch but I struggle and feel so groggy. I want so badly to get into an exercise routine but I can’t figure out how, especially during the long dark winters. But I think the point of what he is saying is that I have to push myself harder to try and wake up, give myself time to move my body before work, so I’m ready for all the mental challenges at my job and the lack of exercise I get there (I stand for 10 hrs a day on a line). He makes everything sound so appealing, so achievable, and I believe everything he says as the truth, I trust what he says. It’s amazing how some ppl make you hopeful just by sharing and he is one of them so thank you.

Exactly, it is more complicated when you have a family that you must take care of. I was wondering how you can implement such a routine when you do not leave alone, from my point of view I must wake up 1:30 h earlier in order to finish everything before starting my casual day. Of course that does not mean that I underestimate his efforts.

the bottles of huel taste fantastic but they create so much plastic waste and the powder doesn't come close in flavor unless you maybe blend it into a proper smoothie

If you achieve that point: "being an observer" there is no different if you do your daily routine or not. As an observer you don't give a fuck what happens next. So, words of such of "masters" have no sense. But it sales the product more effectively.
