Used so many releases, wrist, thumb, hinge, and back tension, pretty hard to not punch, for me the silverback saved my life learned how to pull through a surprise shot follow through completely. You don’t really know how it’s supposed to feel until you learn it. Great video as always!!

Nice, you pretty much covered me. I started out with an index release but had problems with punching the trigger. So I went to a thumb release (I shoot a trophy ridge precise because I like the rotating head), but it came with a loop and I didn't care for it so I rigged a strap to it. I also run the barrel at the base of the thumb. It's like you've watched me shoot.

Take a look at the history of World Class archer Paige Pierce. She won many comps in her early days with a trigger. She knew how to use it properly and there was never any punching. Then she went to a thumb and continued to win and know she’s working with a hinge. The perfect example of being able to use any release with world class results.
