It surprises me that I have yet to see Koopa Troopa appear in some kind of major Smash project, since Piranha Plant is in Ultimate and Goomba is in the fan game Super Smash Bros. Crusade. I would have thought Koopa Troopa would have been the choice to be a Smash Bros. fighter since they walk on two legs, which I would imagine being easer to make a Smash Bros. moveset for.

Toad finally gets out of Princess Peach's grasp, and is no longer gonna defend her by getting himself hit by her opponents. He's definitely not a weakling, and is pretty durable given how the Toad's get hit by cannonballs from Bowser as well as being trapped inside of things. I honestly think that the Toad's are the punching bags of the Super Mario franchise.🍄

This looks so cool! I'm surprised Toad isn't playable officially, as it feels like someone from the Mario universe is missing without Toad (and Waluigi, of course). This moveset is so creative and interesting. The only thing I don't really like about this mod is that you have to sacrifice Villager, since I like the Animal Crossing games and also use Villager in Smash Bros.. But other than that, I really like this!

People said that about many characters like Cloud, Bayonetta, Ridley, K. Rool, Banjo, Terry, Steve, Sora... And many of them said "thankfully" instead of "shame", and they never learn. Toad is the most important Nintendo character still not in Smash, I don't see any valid reason for Nintendo to not include him or at least not Captain Toad as a replacement.

The Smash Bros. franchise is 24 years old, and Toad is still not a fighter. That proves that picking characters is not a line where the most important, famous and profitable characters join first, likely half the current roster is less famous than Toad.

Many of these attacks should be used by Mario. If the next Smash is a soft reboot, Mario, Luigi and Wario need more attacks directly based on their games and more attacks based on power-ups.
