I HATE all the yelling and time clock reminders and all the unnecessary anxiety on the others especially US one. But then again I've worked in the Restaurant industry and I could NEVER work kitchen! I ran front of the house and bar ONLY!!! At least here in the States...the kitchen is just like on the show and I have severe anxiety and panic disorder. Part of the reason I no longer work in that industry period.

My favorite dish is Tea leaf salad it sounds healthy but it doesn't taste healthy, it had some fried beans, fermented tea leaf, and you can add any veggies but most popular is cabbage, and tomato. There are so many dish that taste kinda unhealty but it so good for you. Some of the culture are influenced by some other country so when you visit you get a mix of different culture. You should check out some youtuber who have visited the country. Although current the country is having a civil war. I want to visit again in 2025 where hopefully when the war is over.
