Christopher Guérin's managerial career began with the Linde Group in the UK, then continued with Alcatel before joining Nexans and taking over as CEO in 2018. Over the past 5 years, Christopher Guérin has led the Group through a major strategic shift to reposition it on the world's sustainable electrification markets. This transformation, which is based on a new management model, called the E³, combining economics, environment and engagement , has enabled Nexans to place the climate issue at the heart of its strategy to foster growth through sobriety, while significantly improving the company's profitability.
