Thank you. I learned so much! Sato is the kind of teacher that I prefer in that he is inspiring, patient, understanding, knowledgeable... and SMILES and LAUGHS (no wonder the students are excited!-haha)!

If I were you I'd change the Gut strings out to Warchal Ambers which are Special Nylon strings designed to Sound like Gut strings but they're Flatwound. Aquila also makes Red Strings which are Colored red to distinguish them from the Gut strings, & they're made from Sugar Cane.

Violin hickies lol. It comes from practicing and the violin rubbing the neck. It's really easy for a teenager to develop these since they sweat a lot.
