At 10:27 you state to NOT choose 'adapt to the pontics'.... Can you explain what this does and why it creates gaps? Trying to understand the software. Thanks for an awesome video!
@masterdentaltechnician19144 ай бұрын
I suggest you try it out. Do it with and without adaptation of the pontics and see what happens. That when you understand the software the best.

Great job. I was not able to find your photography tips. May you help me? And at end is it possible to export STL file for 3D print?

Thank you. How much help do you think we can get from patient's 3d face scan? Do you think it will make a big change?
@masterdentaltechnician19149 ай бұрын
1) it's tricky to align unless you have something less Rayface scanning. 2) the only advance is that you have different angles that might be helpful in certain situations

Excellent Video: What would be better is if on your Patreon, there was the actual downloadable files in a video like this (even if there was a small fee) to follow this video in Exocad Smile Creator Step by Step.
@masterdentaltechnician19149 ай бұрын
I can work on that. Thanks for the feedback

I would use a Modjaw jaw tracking. I am posting a new video about the clinical and lab work flow about it soon.

What would be your tip in getting dental clinics to actually take good and useful pictures? Out of all the photos I've received for full arch cases, I've only gotten less than 10% that are worth a darn. It's like photos are not important and they are only doing it to do it with no thought into why they are taking them. They are ALWAYS taken too high, too low or way off center so I can't even make out the buccal corridor. Then there is the patient. SOOOO many have their eyes closed 🤦♂or over stress their face when "smiling". It's like every adult forgets how to smile naturally and smile like an 8 year old
