Perfect explanation I would just add for next video difference in crew size like 2 or 12 members (which will come handy for bombers as well) and tip for in hangar repair means specific tank for repair has to be selected or repair will be just dripping over time.

The crew skills mechanic should either die or get a MAJOR rework. It puts newer players in a big disadvantage and disencourages people from researching new nations. It's a relic from the past.

That’s the only point of using golden eagle on . Other option is like world of Tanks and I hated that to use gold just to reach tier x . I used only prem account and not speed it up with gold it would take over 1 year .

​​@@fn8382lots of stuff need to be ported over from World of Tanks Like Free XP actually being free allowing you to use it on everything you want to be researched Edit: in War thunder free RP is just GE RP and there are achievements ingame that reward you this totally useless RP and also in tiny amounts... So it would be a lot better if it went to actually FREE RP fund to be used on what ever we choose later Obviously this would mean all the current Free RP we got needs to be voided and reset to 0 or maybe but probably not... reduced HEAVILY calculated on a fixed multiplier For example 1000 RP earned in a match = 100 free RP or maybe less And retrofit that to existing Free RP... so like 100 million RP you grinded already gets converted to 10 million to be spent on everything you want to research However this would be a giant move and would rock the balance world potentially being unfair Some people will hate it some will love it... and some people will hate one side of it but love the other Surely there is someone that brags about having so much free RP and now it's all gone or something? Yeah he's surely gonna cry lol

Get a premium heli and run heli battles or Sim ground. You can get over 700 crew xp per heli match and the cost to cross train crews in a premium is cheap.

I recommend grinding in naval then transferring your points over into ground and so forth. I found that it was easier to get crew points are the XP points whatever you want to call them in naval. What you earn a naval can transfer over into ground or air etc you will climb faster by playing naval and then transferring etc

So with keen vision if I’m on a map where I can see 1000 meters and there is a enemy 1000 meters from me with clear line of sight and I have no keen vision points and the enemy has maxed keen vision he can see and shoot at me but I can’t see him?

Yup keen vision is crazy. I suspect that veterans were telling players to not upgrade keen vision so they have an advantage. But that's just my conspiracy theory 🤔

Binoculars and gun sight extends this range drastically... So in your example 1000m is in 3rd person You're likely not gonna see the enemy at 1000m in 3rd person and you would be using binos or gunsight to look for targets anyway

80mil in SL, mad respect. Been playing 4yrs and only hit 1mil once I got a random crate but never kept it since vehicles, ammo and crew cost burns through it immediately.

Makes me wonder if the ongoing/never-ending bug with silent and even occasionally invisible vehicles is tied to a bug in that idiotic Keen Vision system? It really is an awful mechanic, just leave it to render range and call it a day. Skill matters in detection of enemies, crap to gimp newer players or just new TT or w/e with an arbitrary mechanic that doesn't bring much to the game other than to be a pain in the ass.

One of the aspects of the game you can definitively say is Pay to Win. I do enjoy how the system feels like you're actually making progress but I wish the ability to buy crew xp was entirely removed.

Its not p2w since you can get all of this for free by playing, you can also ge out whole game and say its p2w.

Most definitely a P2W feature. You could take 2 people at lvl 1 one doesn’t put anything into any crew at all. The other completely maxes out all crew and aces with GE. The person that invested into the crew will simply a better experience in the game. As long as they don’t get 1 shot. But for face value. This is absolutely pay to win.

@@Frost_x_NB Absolutely nobody ever spends gold to max their crew on level one, where you grind out tank in half of game, and nothing stops you to go back to reserve tank with your 150 crew that you grinded out for free if that is gameplay that you enjoy.

I only buy Expert crew on stuff i like and play a lot Usually premium vehicles as a must
