hi, i'm facing a problem. Today I created an automation for a reel and set it live. It worked fine at first but as soon as my reel collaboration got accepted the replies to comments stopped. Fortunately, only one person commented and she got the link in her DM but she didn't get the automated reply in the comments. why is this happening? what should I do?

Honestly, it is the most confusing software I have ever used. I feel so frustrated as it is not intuitive. The idea (and its potential) is totally there, but I feel like they have taken extra steps to make it so difficult to use. I spent more than 30 minutes and feel like I wasted a bunch of time.

Yes, it can be a pain to learn but I'll tell you, I've been using Manychat for 5 years and have gotten awesome results! it's worth the learning curve for sure.
