In this video, I'm going to share a new painting method I've started using on my sculptures. It somewhat resembles my old color washing technique, but the initial stages are done with an airbrush. Also, I'd like to thank Den Kazakov (IG - mrsirix) for providing many tips on how to accomplish this.

These are great techniques! I paint 1/12 scale and have now applied these and the results are phenomenal!! Especially the green in the flesh tone! Thank you! looking forward to more videos!

This is amazing man thankyou. I’m very shortly going to be trying to paint my first 1/6th scale head and to say it’s intimidating as hell is an understatement.

Fantastic painting. I tried to follow your technique, but struggled to get the same base coat with the colours you used. More practice needed. Thanks for the great tutorial.

good video, but next time, use the closed captions of KZbin, or change the style, adding an edge or a shadow... white text over white background, it's difficult to read...

Very good, apparently painting directly in the color of the resin and much better and more realistic than painting on top of a painted base skin color

Fabulous work, congratulations, I have a question for you, what color do you use for the first base of the skin? I mean the one you do before starting with the washes. Thanks.

I use krylon or Tamiya clear spray

Thanks for sharing. In yout last video, you have applied blue, this time you have used green. If the result looks more realistic?

Well yes. The new use of green is more easier and looks real than using the blue. Actually the final look has to be greenish due to the fats on the face

the finished product was great! for someone like me thats learning, if your not going to narrate the video, at least use captions/lettering that doesnt disappear within the video.

Thanks for the tutorial. Can this technique be used for any skin other than face? Like thighs, arm, body etc. I would love to see your tutorial on that.

Yes it can be used for any part. Its just you need to think about the tones

It doesn't may be to the camera but you can see it in hand. Its like every other art the layers make them pop. And each layer matters
