I got the job Abby!!! Thank you very much. And in one interview only. I still can’t believe it. All I know is that in 3 days I watched as many as your videos as possible, I recorded myself, prepared my “end of interview” questions, etc TOTAL SUCCESS thank you very much ❤

I try to align/combine a BATNA and negotiation approach with my job search timeline based on a variety of life circumstances and the recruiting cycle. For eg... Tier I companies in Nov/Dec this is my range.. but if its Jan/Feb and I am still looking then I am on the low end of hte range.

That sounds like a good approach!

Hi, should I try to negotiate if I don’t have any experience in the area that I applied for? I didn’t negotiate for my current position, which was 3 and a half years ago because I didn’t have any experience. I just took what they offered me. Moving forward, I feel as though I can ask for more especially when the minimum they require is a BA. I have a MA.

Yes! Be prepared for justifying why you believe you should receive more/different benefits, and it's likely they will wiggle a little to make something work! Always attempt to negotiate.
