install another ammeter at the output of the rectifier from ringer and compare the current consumption, measuring the voltage at the input and output, calculate the power at the input and output.

Yes, I have been doing many tests & this type of energy is most efficient when charging a secondary 5AH battery or super capacitor or super cap battery hybrid, then powering up an efficient ac inverter to run loads for a time.

Interesting you adding the small 1nF caps in that new bridge rectifier you added to the collector and the negative source. . I had to do something similar to STOP the GROUND of blowing up my transistor for having a nano-second of 100 amps going through the MJL21194 transistor. . The GROUND has infinite amount of energy available, so if you don't "refrain" the Ringer from using more current it will follow the GROUND input energy and burn the transistor and loose energy unecessarily. . I am limiting the collector action while limiting also the GROUND input energy and somehow find a balance where I can extract GROUND energy with the minimal amount of source input. .

Yes but only if grounded to a large metal object
