Good stuff Sir!! We used to do some "wall exercises" when I was younger. I just thought it was a good way for the instructor to make us sweat, lol. Today I can see how much value these types of exercises can bring. Knowing how to perform a technique and having the muscles to perform the technique are two very different things!! Thanks for posting. And, thanks for the help during my quarantine workouts; you have been walking me thru some patterns the last couple of weeks with your other videos. -TaeKwon!
