Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Those aspect of throwing do not get enough cover. There's a lot of tutorial on how to throw far but not many on technical + game situation throw.

this has been the biggest hole in my throwing all during college. Its made it exceptionally hard to relax as a handler knowing I don't have that throw on lock. I noticed the way you follow the cutter with your head AS you throw. That that make so much sense, I can't believe I never thought to focus on that.

should you always use a little bit of air bounce when throwing upline like you did, and why would you do that. Thanks for making the video's they are great
@kurtegibson
@kurtegibson 7 күн бұрын
You want to make the throw as flat as possible. An air bounce is generally never a good idea.

Is there a good way to practice these space throws by yourself? Always feels like trying to hit a stationary target isn’t enough to make it more consistent in game
@kurtegibson

It’s certainly better with a moving target but if you get a bunch of discs and focusing on hitting a certain space/distance with as much touch as you can will help. You can also practice hitting shorter and longer distances

If you're taking requests, can you cover how to read the defender on your receiver when you're throwing, like what you're paying attention to? Im struggling specifically with being able to decide quickly whether they're open or not when cutting under from ~20 yds away. It takes me a couple seconds and by then, they've lost so many yards. Thx
