3 defense in FC 25 has this problem that it does not become 5 defense! LM and RM posts are not added to the defense line in these systems, and this makes their use difficult. Do you have a solution for this problem or is there no way at all?

The only solution is to play 5 at the back and make ur wingbacks overlapping

I don't know why EA removed the 5221 formation with 2 CAM's it would be perfect for Xabi Alonso or Ruben Amorim system

After the latest patch I noticed that the 'winger' role now tracks back more at the sideline instead of positioning weirdly in midfield. This is an option if you want to play with higher wingbacks who also track back. Sadly, it's only with the 'winger' rol though. So with Grimaldo who likes to drive to the center you can use wide playmaker but he would still only track back into center midfield :/
