You can get rid of the hiss by using denoiser instead. Reduce noise is for more hardcore issues like static, crackling, pops and accidental boom mic bumps etc.

your EQ removed around 2khz all the way to 100hz and up the nyquist, the fundemental frequency of the human voice is around 3khz, it sounded really tinny and muffled to me, you should try using a high pass filter to get rid of unnecessary low end with a gentle slope, maybe cut aroud 300hz if it seems muddy, add a high shelf to add some air. you could try adding compression after the fact, opto style compression works great for smooth vocals, but any compressor will do, add some harmonic distortion, if you want a deeper sound use some tube saturation, maybe a de-esser for sibilance, a multiband compressor for smooth out and harsh frequencies that aren't always a problem, finally a limiter with a goal of around -14LUFS with a -1db true peak, if you need clarification I'm happy to help.

Rather than use 'Amplify' and apply a value, why not use 'Normalize'? It gives you the maximum gain without any clipping. And then denoise as you suggest. Nice video though.

I'm editing a punk rock concert I filmed as an audience member with my Samsung Note 10+ , and some of your tips in Audition have boosted my audio and its clarity. The parameters you used worked for the most part, but the vocal enhancer obviously is for a voice recording not for a music concert. Thanks to you I used Audition for the first time.

Hate to break it to you but that EQ preset is actually in no way meant for vocals. ;) "Make room for vocals" means: "Put this on your instruments and vocals will shine through more easily and nicely."
