Pretty cool bot mode design, with what I think may be the most disturbing alt mode ever made, perfect for a Decepticon. Plus, that scorpion fan mode is just too good. I know you said it was not in the instructions, but it really looks like it was meant to transform that way.

Alternative to floor polish, especially if you are dealing with hands not holding stuff like they should. Simple and works perfectly. If possible, pop the hands off the figure and drop them in boiling water for a few minutes. Most plastics will become soft and bendable in such heat, so use a clamp or other tool to bend and hold them in their needed shape. Once the plastic cools, it holds that new shape. You can speed up the process by putting the parts in ice water or your freezer.

Scorpion mode is... interesting. I'll admit that it does kinda work aesthetically, but if I'm looking for an IDW Kaon, I'm not really looking for something that turns into a scorpion. Robot and electric chair modes are all I ask for, and if omitting the engineering it takes to also have a scorpion mode (as well as the spider drone/scorpion legs/superfluous chair restraints) would have cut down on the price for this thing, then I'd be all for doing that. On the other hand, if most of the engineering necessary for the scorpion mode is going to be there anyway for the conversion from chair to robot, then I guess it is added bang for your buck.

A little late to the party on this vid, but have you considered using Plastic Cement for the broken tab? It's not a glue so much (despite the name) as it is a chemical that will soften and cause the two ends of the plastic to 'melt' together and re-bond into a new piece. Gundam model builders use it to remove the seams of kit constructions for a more polished look, and probably for the creation of custom pieces as well. I'm not sure if you still have this/are still having issues with that tab after a second gluing, but I thought it might help going forward!

+Springy Wolfrabbit besides the one shot in the movie where he had balls movie devastator wasnt bad at all considering the balls never made it on the toy. With MP megatron that figure was made ages ago when things wernt super uptight and hasn't been in production for years. Not to mention meg's has gradually shifted away from his gun mode over the years with the last proper guns megs we had being in the classics line and even then gun laws forced his gun mode to look like a nerf blaster. Also shockwave is heavily stylized and doesnt resemble a realworld firearm in the slightest besides its shape and his MP was made by takara not hasbro. And have you seen Vos' sniper mode in the idw comics? It doesnt matter that thing wouldn't be accuratly sized as a toy its incredibly detailed and wouldn't fly with parents in the slightest seeing as upon release hasbro would get so much bad rep around vos.

Parents today are overpretective as hell so having a figure that turns into a some what large sniper (here assuming if he did get his own figure it would be a voyager) would raise flags with parents no matter how futureistic. As for his colors he's purple yes but is a darker shade of it. Also there's the fact that hasbro has been straying away from making gun bot's for over a decade now with the last one being legends shockwave and even then you'd have to have to be a dumbass to think that legends shockwave would resemble an actual fire arm from any angle.
