Hi have a question: is possible to connect the GT22 to The The Axe Fx 3 with a XLR midi cable with phantom power adapter? What cable i use and what phantom power adapter i use?

You could do it with this phantom power box: shop.rjmmusic.com/phantom-power-adapter-xlr6f-two-inputs/ and this XLR MIDI cable: shop.rjmmusic.com/xlr-midi-cable/ - Choose a XLR6 male to XLR6 female for connecting the phantom power box to a Mastermind GT/22

So does the Axe-Fx III not do bidirectional MIDI? With the 2XL+ I only need one cable between the MMGT and the Fractal to get them to work together.

Correct, the Axe-Fx III does not support bidirectional MIDI. We do sell a phantom power box that combines the two MIDI connections from the Axe-Fx and the power adapter into a single 7-pin MIDI connection that will go to the GT. That’s the best we can do.
