that was intense, awesome comeback 17:10 is when i expected it to just be a cleanup after that.. i was wondering about the importance of taking the time to upgrade the resource generation but i see that it pays off immensely. next video see about making each cannon its own hotkey and pounding the same location in succession rather than firing at the same time at different spots... also once you zero in on a nice shot, I've heard you can just hotkey and press 'E' and it will fire in the same place as the last shot, ei: "1" "E", "2" "E", "3" "E" to get 3 cannons to 'machine gun' the same piece of fort. keep up the good work. 19DAYS 09HOURS 19MINUTES :D

This was awesome. I can't WAIT until this game comes out! By the way, if you angle your armor so machine gun and sniper bullets DON'T hit them head-on, you can make it so said armor takes NO damage and even REFLECTS their bullets back at them.

Here are some tips: slanted metal(if it slanted enough) can completely deflect the bullets and not damage the metal, the higher up in the sky or elevation, the power/efficiency is higher, which creates more energy, another thing is if you hit weak points such as the lightly armored or places that will cause chain reactions or other things, if you do it with skill, you could destroy the base. If you need other info I'll be commenting.🙃

Forgot to mention, metal closing doors can be slanted like regular metal!

I recommend for future games when you use explosive bullets that you upgrade machine guns to Gatling guns you could've won faster.

they fire more bullets and they damage armor. So i don't see how they can be worse.

the only thing it worse in is it not aimed up more and that's bad for defense but in this game there battles can take very long so gatling guns and machine good together

gatling guns arent an upgrade, there more like when an alternative, they can destroy bases faster but you cant fire them consistently (they use cooldown not overheat) so you cant use gatling guns to take out missiles.

A lot of people think chainguns are worse because you can only get 2 bursts with chain, where-as you can get 5 with the base machine guns if you pause a split second after each firing to avoid hitting cooldown. Machine guns absolutely do more damage over-all. Where chain guns have an advantage is accuracy. If you take the time to aim each chain gun at a specific point, the explosive bullets of 2+ chain guns can rip right through steel armor in that small area. Machine guns can't do that since their bullets are much more spread out.

What is the defence difference between energy shield and metal armour?

Energy Shield is great at blocking heavy laser shit, and will prevent a laser from going any further... but can't block a bullet or missile.

Energy shields reflect laser beams and machine gun fire, but can't take an explosion. Armour can't do anything about a laser, but can take an explosion.

backseat gaming is huge in this game. as a spectator you can focus on the economics and can see all the samll details. But when you play it sourself, you brain suddenly needs to do so much more things. Aim the guns, fire them, upgrade stuff, build stuff, move the cursor, react to your enemies. The things you realise while spectating will quickly vanish as you play it sourself. The game just overwhelms you if you are not used to the game.

You need to see the spots that are weak and strong, you need to make a smaller area in front of armor for shields, and you need proper spacing for weaponry.
