My favorite season is this one; Shaun Evans is a master at subtly revealing the depth of Morse complex feelings and leading the audience to the character he plays. My family is watching the whole series for the third time and always marvel at Shaun Evans performance!!

Shaun Evans is brilliant! Endeavour is endearing. The cast, the script, the acting, the plot lines, the relationships among the main characters, the music, well it had me at the opening theme.It’s sad when a season is over and one has to wait a long time for the next one. So thank you PBS Season 7 episode 1 exceeds expectations.

I wait for this program, and admire the cast. I especially love Superintendent Bright because under his frail appearance is the heart and courage of a lion. This show is superior programming.

There are 32 episodes of Endeavour on ITV HUB. Where is the prequel where Morse first meets Thursday? When are we going to see series 9, it can't finish on series 8 there are too many loose ends. What happens to all those who do not appear in Morse such as the whole of the Thursday Family and Bright?

I was under the impression, and Russell Lewis has stated, that Endeavour wasn't going to go beyond 33 episodes because the original series lasted 33 episodes. Lewis ended after 33 episodes too. There were hints that MAYBE they might continue after 33, but tht's when Shaun Evans pretty much put the kabosh on that idea.
