AFTERTHOUGHT: As mentioned in the video I play the notes on the G and E strings with 1st and 2nd fingers respectively but you may find using the 2nd and 3rd fingers a bit more intuitive, IIRC that's the way Greg Lake plays it. Whatever works for you :)
