In this video, we begin to explore mathematical limits of functions. For instance if we have a function f(x) and we make the variable x larger and larger, does f(x) converge to a finite value, or does it become arbitrarily large too? If f(x) converges to a finite value of, let say L, then we say that f(x) as a limit of L as x approaches infinity.
Later we'll find limits are essential in calculus to help us find exact rates of change, derivatives, and integrals.
