No masturbation does not affect your muscle growth. Your body compensate the loss of testosterone count during ejaculation which is probably 0.01% from your total testosterone quantity. After ejaculation your body naturally releases sleep hormones to recover so masturbation before workout is not encouraged if you seek steadfast focus and endurance during your workout session . That is all the concern you need to be aware of.
