சரியா சொன்னீங்க அண்ணா.... 2016 ல 52 kg தான் இருந்தேன் ... ரொம்ப ஒல்லியா இருந்தேன்.... அடுத்து கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமா 1.30 மணி நேரம் காலை , மற்றும் மாலை எக்ஸர்சைஸ் பண்ணேன்... சாப்பாடு 5 மீல்ஸ்... நார்மலான நம்மளோட. சாப்பாடு தான்.... சாதம் , இட்லி , முட்டை , கீரை , என்ன கிடைக்குதோ அதை முயற்சி பண்ணேன்.... 90 kg வரைக்கும் வெயிட் கூட்டுனேன்... இப்போ 75 kg வரைக்கும் குறைசுட்டேன்.... ஒரே நாள் ள எல்லாம் வராது.... முயற்சி பண்ணிட்டே இருக்கணும்.... ரிச்சான பொருட்களை சாப்பிட்டு தான் ஃபிட் இருக்கணும்னு அவசியம் இல்ல.... இருக்காத வச்சு சிறப்பா பண்ணலாம்.... Confident & dedication தான் ரொம்ப முக்கியம்..

Fengu Greek is good for health. It has cooling property. Use it 1/4 tsp. Another important thing about it is, don't take it during winter season coz it has cooling property, Especially at night as it leads to shevaring.

He's totally correct for s normal person with no complaints. But, for people who has insulin or sugar intolerance or hypothyroidism or pcod, should not eat rice or banana. Any grain or sugar basically for 3 to 4 months if they wanna reduce weight

But our public is still unaware of the negative effects of insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome and the need to reduce or avoid processed, refined carbs, simple sugars etc. It will take time. In Tamil I see few Drs explaining these issues like Dr.Arun kumar through his KZbin channel which is in his name.
