i dont think she needs another buff :P im an arachne-main and she feels kinda OP at the moment. im not complaining, i enjoy it. especially gooseberries frees your goldenblade slot and allows you for crazy early game gank potential.

So arachnes 2 increases CDR by 20% on enemies stunned after the second hit. Abyssal Stone increases enemy CDR by 20% after an ability has done damage to an enemy. Does this mean you can negate full cdr with her 2 by increasing the enemy CDR by 20% twice?
