I don't do a ton of off-role picks but I went Merc adc once on accident (there was some confusion on who was the jungle) and ending up fragging. This was early season 8 and I rushed wind demon, poison start into deathbringer. The early game was rough but after the supports leave, the enemy ADC will fall behind cause they die if they step out of tower. Late game was easy cause we basically snowballed (merc ADCs apparently really hard to gank).

The bias towards Solo jungle was intentionally introduced at the start of Season 8 to curb the Jungle from camping the ADC. Now if jg wants to camp the ADC it comes with a big XP/gold cost. I think the overall game is better for it. Season 7 I could play Thana and just permanently be on duo side, invading + killing the ADC on cooldown and still not fall behind. Not fun for the ADC

Overcaping cooldown is mostly an issue of the Game Design. It makes NO sense that some items give that much CDR, especially bumbas hammer and sands of time as they can only be built at lvl 20 when you got enough CDR anyways. ALSO red pot gives CDR and blue camp does aswell. I honestly like the flat CDR Items a lot, especially when you can play around them and it's not just a passive thing

@@MunKDaDDyy health and hp5. It's a great buff, lessens the sustain advantage sentinels has in support over the other starters.

Support main here, green buff is ok IMO. Normal green is just 50 max HP + 30 per 50 prots you have. Enhanced is just 10HP5 and MP5. This means early game you'll pretty much only have 50max HP, not really worth it for the damage you'll take if you solo clear it as supp since you'll end up taking more than 50 HP clearing it. Later in the game when it's enhanced and you have some prots its decent since it rewards you going tanky with defense. Where it absolutely shines is if you're planning on going Animosity late game where the extra HP actually means something. The MP5 is neglectable since if you're building into Animosity, you'll already have either Shogun's or Talisman and both give you more Mp5 than the buff
