Some Agni tips for those who want them - always start with dash, line up your dash with the star on the ground that your line is inside the stars line and you will hit all 3 speed minions amd get full exp and get lvl 2 of first minion wave. When clearing your damage at lvl 2 your flame dash will fully kill the small damage camp minions so focus on the big one with autos. And don't pre place your gas - all 3 other abilities you can cast, send your gas afterwords and get the stun.

Justyn Gilliam Like spear of the magus? For Agni, it's passive works well with the residual burn damage. Deso gives extra pen and power. I know it's not very good rn, but magus on Anubis/kukulkan, for example, is really good because their abilities are very tick based with also has great synergy with the passive on magus. Raijin is another decent example. And I'm trying to use Agni more recently, I think he's very cool. Do you have any tips that you think would help, or wish you would've known earlier? Also, when you bomb do you use 1 before 4 or 4 then 1 in most cases (is it better to use instant cast then on Agni?)?

TheFlamingTornado1 insta cast is better in most cases for me. Normally i 4 then 1 because it’s harder for them to avoid the stun that way. If you’re far enough ahead to were you can dash aggressively I always dash stun then wave and finish them off with a bomb or 2. Main thing for me with agni is always try to keep your passive up before any engagement just so you have a slight advantage

Hey fam. I’m not mast but always happy to help. He got double pen because spear of the magus is super strong on Agni if you can play around his passive (5 auto attacks into his 2 or 4) and with the Ymir jungle some more penetration is always good. He didn’t go magis because he was the main source of damage for his team, like he said it’s situational. Basically in ranked you’ve got to learn what is and isn’t good against particular team comps. In this example he had 2 guardians to deal with so wanted some pen. If it was a more classic jungle (i.e assasin) he probably would’ve gone chronos pendant instead of double pen and then into magis blessing or some other form of defence (maybe a spicy ethereal staff :P)

VideoMakel Building in Smite is actually really easy. Just ask yourself what do you need (damage, protection, etc) and check the boxes with the things you need to see all the items that give those stats.

I think that’s a bad way to think tbh fam. Damage items aren’t always damage items and protection items aren’t always protection items. i.e I wouldn’t build void stone on most mages but it’s still a penetration item. The best way to learn builds is to read what each item does. Then understand what the god you’re up against does. Then go from there. Sync I wish you luck but if that’s how you’re building you’re gonna have a bad time :P Hit me up if you need help with generic builds and I’ll give you some optional items that you can apply from there :)

I find it insane that Mage’s Blessing procs off Agni’s passive. If you hit each one of your abilities, that’s 175 extra damage early game, which is like 20% of someone’s HP. Passive: 25 Gas on any combo: 25 2: 25 3: 25 Each ult: 75 *Total: 175* ???????????????????????

Doesn’t matter, depending on the mode or situation Agni is definitely one of the only mages I’ll always go Mage’s Blessing on. You can go Mage’s Blessing > Bancrofts and do a hell of a lot of damage, obviously more than just with Bancrofts.

C_Force I would rather take the amazing Mana regeneration and slight damage decrease for the first 1:00-2:00 of the game than to have to back after 2 waves because I could only buy 2 potions from starting T2 Banc. There are plenty of gods I start T2 Banc on, just very rarely Agni. Always rush Banc after though, because you know, 200 Power and 30% lifesteal when you’re low. Lol.

Im very familiar with league and im noticing a lot of difference in regards to player movement throughout the map and etc. noticing you spent very little time farming mid and more acting as a pseudo jungler. love some feedback, CHEERS!

that's right, if you canset your lane enemy under pressure you might find a time window to roam the map, farm camps or rotate to help/gank. If you can do all that, you are a very good player.

so, since you had pen boots, you could have gone shamans after soul reaver. Think of shamans as a fake pen item with movement, power, and maybe more dmg than tahutti(especially with tahutti).
