I think this is the first time He-Man has ever been dubbed in Japanese. I'm not sure if the original 80s show was ever dubbed in this language.

He-Man's cartoon was not aired in Japan. Therefore, no Japanese dubbing exists. The reason why the cartoon was not aired was because the sales of He-Man toys were not good and ended after a short period of time. It was not to the liking of Japanese children.
