Mat Franco - IMPOSSIBLE magic trick with ramen noodles

He did this same trick at my orientation at URI in 2012(same location in the video). He picked people from a huge crowd so it was not staged. He's magic tricks still amaze me to this day

It has to be staged, theres no way this works unless it is staged. He might not have the audience in on it, but that Ramen package had the bill inside of it already and he might just have waited till someone get it in the store to them do the trick or something like that. The bill is an easy matter of switching the one he got from the girl from one with the serial number he wants it to have using slight of hand.

There's a lot of people in these comments that just don't like magic tricks. If you call it fake each time you can't figure it out it's pretty hard to feel amazed, which is kind of what magicians are going for. Good job M. Franco, you really are incredible.

I'm a magician, been doing magic for 7 seven years and I get that in some magic specials they do some cuts and fake stuff, but most if not all of the magic done in his special is real. The bill to ramen packet switch was beautiful!

There was a sleight of hand, and +GreyException was trying to find it.

this is some next level editing, i find it weird that right at the moment when the money turns into seasoning (or whatever u call it) at the background you can see the girl's leg open slightly and the guy's knee buckled and the plastic bag moved at the same time instantly.

mat you a gifted child..and u use in god.i believe your magic is not a fake.because my dad too is a magician but he died heart attact when i was 7 and i saw his magic always everytime someone ask him to play or showike in carnival and any ocassion...lol one time in my family house my cousins was there and they love to learn a magic from my dad and one of my cousin was afraid because his white tshirt was fire but when he blows its back to normal..i mean he didnt see anything that his white tshirt was broken because its plenty clean and he can see already its burn but looks like nothing happen...so keep it up buddy mat..hope to meet you someday..LOL enalyn from philippines

Peyton Miller Well, you reverse engineer it. The money can't have just teleported to the noodles, so they must've been in there in the first place. If the girl is not in on it, then the noodles would've been strategically placed in the shop when she was shopping so she would pick it/ the shopkeeper was in on it. It's possible the girl who is taking a picture of the note is in on it as she just has already taken a picture of the note from before. The only thing I can't figure out is the money to noodle flavoring slight of hand trick, it's very fast.

I think he took a picture of a bill and an assistant put it into a ramen packet, during the minute or so that he was distracting the camera. it was a simple matter of switching the ramen noodles, and hypothetically, the phone, although, as I said, I think the phone girl was in on it from the quick motion she and the girl behind her made.
